Road Racing


Our Road Race timing is done with the IPICO Disposable Bib Timing System integrated with Finish Lynx and Hy-Tek Meet Manager. 
We time a variety of Road Races, such as: 1K, 3K, 5K, 6K, 8K, 10K, Half-Marathons,
1-Mile Runs and Fun Runs
/Turkey Trot

Road Race Timing $800 minimum
$800 timing fee includes the cost of disposable bib chips for the first 100 entered participants then $2.50 per participant over 100. A 50% deposit is due at least 4-weeks before the event to secure disposable bib chips.

  • Participant labels for disposable bib numbers applied by Go Meets LLC, for up to 300 participants, and additional fee will be charged for Go Meets LLC, to label more than 300 participants
On-Line Entries $50+
Setting up entry pages for participants on sites such as Direct Athletics, MileSplit,, etc.
Race Day Management  $100
Registration for race day participants for changes for per-registered participants
Race Bags $25/100 bags
Plastic race bags for participants with bib numbers, event information, coupons, goodness items, etc.
Finish Line Arch & Chute $100 or
15-foot Finish Line Flag & Chute $25

The finish line structure is an inflatable arch that is 15-feet wide and 10-feet tall. Custom removable event logos may be attached the the structure. The chute is made with black plastic stakes or 36-inch cones with flagging tape (depending on the terrain).

Other services that we offer(please us contact for availability and prices): Start Flag (10-foot), Cones for Course, Course Markings (mile markers, arrows, etc.), Course Design/Measurement, Generators, Permit Process, Water Stations, Air Horn for Start, Sound System, Awards and Shirts

Travel & Hotel Accomodation Fee

TRAVEL FEE: For events outside of Colorado, there is a $75 travel fee plus $0.575/mile.

HOTEL FEE: Reimbursement Fee will be included with your invoice for the Hotel arrangement.

Note: Room(s) will be booked for a double, non-smoking room in aligned with the number of event days and the number of Go Meets LLC, employees needed.
